You may request a return within 7 days from the date the product was delivered.
Return postage/shipping must be first paid by the customer. Please keep your proof of postage as a receipt.
Items must be returned in original condition:
• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Packaging (if any) must be intact.
• Returned in the original parcel box / packaging provided by Roses & Thorns.
Items that are damaged by the customer, used, or with tags/labels removed will not be eligible for return.

Order number
Date of purchase/delivery
Reason for return
Photos of the product (especially if there is damage or a defect)
After your request is reviewed, you will be advised of where to send the item.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:
If the item meets our return conditions, we will issue a 100% refund.
Refund will be made via wire transfer to the bank account you provide.
We aim to process returns and refunds within 5-10 business days after receipt and approval of the items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
All return requests and communications concerning returns must be conducted via email at [email protected]. Please include all relevant details so we can handle your request more quickly.
Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Roses & Thorns is not responsible for items lost in transit when there is no proof of shipment.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery, with photos as proof. In such cases, Roses & Thorns will cover the cost of return shipping, and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
